With modern casting technology and an experienced production team, we run a process controlled at every stage — from raw material to shipment.
Our Production Process
- Melting: Raw material for grey and ductile (spheroidal graphite) iron is melted in controlled furnaces.
- Moulding: Moulds are prepared to product geometry with precise dimensional tolerances.
- Casting: Molten metal is poured and cooled under controlled conditions.
- Machining & assembly: Components such as frames, gaskets and locks are machined and assembled.
- Quality control: Every batch is checked for dimensions, weight and load class to TS EN 124.
Material & Capacity
Depending on the application, our products are made from grey iron (GG) or ductile iron (GGG / EN-GJS). Ductile iron is preferred for heavy traffic (D400–F900) thanks to its strength and impact resistance.
